SUMMARY:MUM Wellbeing Hub
DESCRIPTION:This service is aimed at new mums (children up to 2 years old) and mums to be who are experiencing difficulties related to their maternal experience. They\, or their partner\, may be feeling overwhelmed. We can offer up to two\, 30 min appointments for mum and partner. \nOur aim is to support you and your family\, both emotionally and practically\, by signposting you to appropriate groups/agencies and offering advice on how you can improve your wellbeing. This is available both in Crewe and Winsford  \nWe have ‘in-house’ services that can be accessed: \n\nWe have a dedicated Facebook group called New Life and Me\, where you can request to join and see posts\, articles and groups aimed at a new mum. This group is aimed at mums who are in the latter stages of pregnancy up to having a child of 2 years old.\nNew Life and Me support group (starting in October)\nPass it on Babybank \nFree Counselling for mum or Affordable counselling (£25/session) for mum and partner\nSupport with anxiety and depression. \n\n  \nThere are NO WAITING LISTS and NO REFERRAL necessary. \n  \nPlease contact Debbie to arrange an appointment or to find out more: \nEMAIL: wellbeing@her-place.co.uk  \nTXT: 07496160939
