Her-Place is working with Home-Start Warrington & Cheshire and Healthbox to bring the Thriving Families Project to Northwich and Winsford.

Together, we offer a complete package of support for families, including:

• Home-based parenting support – practical help tailored to your family’s needs
• Parent counselling – person-centred support for parents and carers
• Children’s counselling – helping young people manage their emotions and experiences
  
  

Who can access this support:
Families living in Northwich or Winsford with children aged 0–19, or up to 25 years with SEND, who are not currently involved with children’s social care or have a TAF plan in place.
