Recovery toolkit
The Recovery Toolkit is a transformative 12-week course designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to heal from the impact of domestic abuse or sexual violence.
📅 Starting Monday, 13th January, at 10 am 📍15-17 Finsbury Walk, Winsford, CW7 2YA 💜 Runs for 12 weeks with a break on 17th February, each session is 2 hours. 🌟 Two tailored courses: 💜 Domestic Violence: For women who have left abusive relationships. 💜 Sexual Violence: For those who have experienced sexual violence.
We provide a safe, inclusive space, for women living in Cheshire West 💡 What you’ll explore: ✨ How your thoughts shape your feelings. ✨ Building confidence and self-esteem. ✨ Understanding power and control in abusive relationships. ✨ Setting boundaries and rebuilding trust.
